Ask Us Anything

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, although there may be additional fees applied in some situations such as, outside service area, or the setting up of tables and chairs.

Do you deliver to outside your service area?

Possible, depending on location. We need to take into consideration gas prices, possible additional truck and labor, so travel fees very likely will be higher. Please call the office for a current quote.

When do you set up?

Depends on the amount of rentals for the weekend. You will be contacted earlier in the week to discuss delivery.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes, for safety reasons. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once uplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. We bring our own heavy cords, since longer cords can pop your circuit breaker.

What payments do you take?

We accept, Cash, Credit Cards or Debit Cards (all cards are processed through the office). If paying cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

What if we need to cancel?

Per our Policy, that if you were to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, but could be used on another day (depending on circumstance).

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all orders require a deposit.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt and concrete. Unfortunately, we are unable to set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Depends. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unity/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars.
